Have you ever wondered who sits behind the curtain of Relational Mission, answering those emails, booking those conferences, making those videos? If you've been part of the family for a while, you may know some or all of the answers, but since we're a constantly growing family, we thought we'd make a few introductions. Here are just some of the people who work behind the scenes to make RM happen:

Name: Annice Green
Home: Aylsham, Norfolk
Church: Currently Aylsham Community Church but God has called us, as a family, to move to join Revelation Church, Camden.

Role in RM: My current role is to look after some of our events, project manage our Courage Conference and be part of the Strategy Team

My story: I grew up in a Christian home, gave my life to Jesus when I was 10 and have been on a crazy adventure with him ever since. Life has been varied and seems to have gone in 3’s; Bible College - church planting – unemployment; worked at St Pancras Station – Financial Adviser’s – Property Management company; marriage – divorce - remarriage; living in London – Hertfordshire - Norfolk;  Now I'm blessed with 1 husband, 3 kids, 1 cat and looking forward to our new adventure in London. My testimony is how God brings beauty out of ashes in all areas of life.

Name: Julia Miller
Home: Hopton on Sea (between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft)
Church: Kingsgate Community Church, Great Yarmouth

Role in RM: I lead Pathways from Poverty and am an RM Trustee

My story: I was brought up in a farming family and became a Christian as a young teenager. I joined a small group of Christians meeting in Bishops Stortford and attended Downs Bible weeks in the early 1980’s. I recently celebrated my 25th Wedding Anniversary and have two lovely sons. I have spent the past 20 years working in the voluntary sector and am passionate about the church making a difference in its local community. Alongside my involvement with RM and Pathways from Poverty, I write grant funding applications for a small number of charities.

Mark Andrews 2.jpg

Name: Mark Andrews
Home: Ipswich
Church: Hope Church, Ipswich

Role in RM: I am a project manager, focusing on church planting and prayer initiatives, such as Enough and Pioneer.

My story: Having trained as a marine biologist I didn't imagine I would be project managing for RM. But after 10 years working for the Environment Agency as a Water Resources officer I felt God call me to open my mind to working for His church. So when Maurice Nightingale offered me the chance to help him plant churches in Europe and beyond, I took it with both hands. I am married to my beautiful Sarah and we have four amazing kids. So between Enough nights, church planting events and a busy family life there isn't much space for free time, but when I get it you will find me out running or watching a spot of cricket!

Name: Alison Sutton
Home: Aylsham, Norfolk, UK
Church: Aylsham Community Church

Role in RM: I work part-time in the RM office doing finance and general admin things.

My story: I grew up in Sussex, became a Christian when I was 13, moved to Norfolk to do a Year Team in my 20s and have been here ever since! Love being mum to Tom and Will, my two grown-up sons. I enjoy watching football, although I'm torn between supporting local team Norwich City and first footballing love, Brighton & Hove Albion (I try to watch both during a season). I also work part-time as administrator for Aylsham Community Church.

Next time you spot one of these smiling faces at a conference, ENOUGH prayer night, or other event, why not say hello and thank them for all their work?
