Training for Pioneers

There are five phases of a church plant from conception through to becoming an autonomous church.

Local church going for the “next town” Meeting other leaders Networking & building connections Growing numerically whilst building community Clear community with numerical mass
In the heart of a potential leader Developing strategy & raising funds Laying foundation & gathering people Establishing core ministries Becoming a church planting church

Conception

In the conception phase, the church plant is an apostolic burden, a local church praying for the next town or in the heart of a potential leader.

During this phase, a leader has been identified and is getting ready to go.

During the gathering phase, a leader has been identified and moved to the area. They will be gathering a core team and preparing for a public launch.
