A fresh way for churches to engage with children and families
This year there have been many things we have been unable to do as churches, especially in our capacity to connect with children and families online. However, most parents/carers have been able to share life with their children much more as a result of home working and homeschooling.
Parents/carers have always been the main influencers of their children’s faith journeys and this season has emphasised this like never before. Yet many feel daunted by the task, or have struggled to know where to start. We believe that in this season we have a unique opportunity to shift the church’s focus from upfront ministry to coming alongside parents/carers and support them in parenting their children for faith.
